Oil Snare

The 'Oil Snare' is a high-viscosity oil absorbing which contributed greatly to containing a massive oil spill from the Russian tanker NAKHODKA in 1997. We supplied over 50,000m of the product for the accident, and it received an excellent reputation. The high performance of the product has been fully revealed in spillage accidents around the world in the past 25 years. At present, the products are stocked as emergency preparedness materials by the Japan Coast Guard, Fisheries Agency, Maritime Disaster Prevention Center, the Petroleum Association of Japan, power companies, gas companies, salvage companies, and local governments.

Rubberizer (Particulate, Boom, and Powder)

The 'Rubberizer' is a mixture of hydrocarbon polymers. It absorbs no water at all, instead absorbing hydrocarbons such as petroleum-based oils, and solidifies them into a rubber-like material in a very short time. The absorbed oils are quickly solidified and therefore not spilled during recovery work.

Ultra Patch

The Ultra Patch is a GRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic) sheet that is a very flexible, rubber-like material prior to being cured by UV (ultraviolet) light. Once cured by UV, it becomes extremely strong, and is suitable for repairing glass fiber, metal, glass, plastic, and lumber. It makes great contributions towards reducing plant maintenance costs by cutting repair time/cost, and by extending the life of the existing facilities.

Eurapipe

The Eurapipe is designed and manufactured in the U.K. and Australia, and the pipe and fittings comply with British standards. The material is very tough and resilient, has high impact resistance, and is highly durable against chemicals, corrosion, and weather. The Eurapipe is now considered an advanced material, replacing stainless steel pipes, PVS pipes, and GRP pipes. The Japan Electrical Manufacturers' Association recognizes the ABS material as non-toxic and taint-free, so it is used as a raw material for a variety of industries, in products such as electronic appliances, toys, etc. The Eurapipe is authorized as safe for drinking water in Japan.
